Game Review: Portal 2
A Unique game experience in the midst of all the the usual game genres that are released, portal 2 provides a refreshing and entertaining experience.

Portal 2 lets the player assume the character of Chell as she ventures inside the Aperture testing grounds, solving puzzles in order to survive. Portal 2 is a first person puzzle game with many twists in the game mechanics, players use a portal gun which creates two types of portals, an orange and a blue portal which link together to let the player traverse through the area and help finish the puzzle. The games other various mechanics are linked with the portals including liquid which have various effects and objects such as cubes and spheres.

The story of the game is immersive with great character development and very surprising developments which keeps the game exciting and not repetitive. The game remains entertaining throughout.


The graphics of the game are not the most flashiest however they are crisp and give you enough to  be immersed inside the world of portal 2.

Valve has done a great job with the sound of the game, the character voices and comments as the player solves puzzles keeps the mood relaxed.

In Conclusion, Portal 2 is a great relaxed game with a unique experience that players will appreciate in the midst of all the repetitive game types currently released.
